Hiver was born out of an admiration for London's urban beekeepers and a passion for craft beer. Everything ferments with raw honey, and they stick to British ingredients and suppliers throughout. Blonde, Session IPA and Amber are the core three, and the taproom sits in Arch 56 on Stanworth Street.
Order by noon Monday to Friday for next-working-day delivery to most of the UK. Friday orders arrive the following Monday. Shetland, Orkney and the Isle of Man are excluded.
